Completed the Cloud Resume Challenge to strengthen my AWS and DevOps skills by building and deploying a full-stack, cloud-native resume site. I used AWS CDK with TypeScript to provision infrastructure, including an S3-hosted static site distributed through CloudFront with a custom domain and HTTPS enabled via AWS Certificate Manager (ACM). I implemented a serverless visitor counter using API Gateway, Lambda (Node.js), and DynamoDB, and integrated it with the frontend to display real-time data. To enable secure, automated deployments, I configured GitHub Actions with OpenID Connect (OIDC) to assume an IAM role, eliminating the need for long-lived credentials. I also wrote blog posts documenting the project, focusing on architectural decisions and lessons learned throughout the process.
